About

Advice that starts with your goal.

I have worked in Dubai real estate for more than six years, across off-plan launches and ready homes. Before I recommend anything, I want to understand what you are after: a home to live in, rental income, or a long-term investment. Then I show you the options as they are, with their strengths and their risks.

  1. Your goal comes first

Living, renting out or reselling, plus your budget, timing and how you will pay, before any recommendation.

  2. I compare the options

Locations, developers and payment plans side by side, so you can see the trade-offs.

  3. Opportunities and risks

What could go well and what could go wrong. Sometimes the right advice is to wait.

  4. For residents and investors

Whether you are buying a family home or an investment unit, we choose what fits that goal.

  5. Buying from abroad

Video viewings, e-signing, and the Dubai buying process explained step by step through to registration.

Projects

Dubai's landmark projects.

A selection from Dubai's established developers. Choose a project to ask about available units, prices and payment plans.

Developers

Developer names and logos belong to their owners and are shown to identify projects. I work as an independent advisor, not as an official representative of any developer.

Indicative principal and interest only. The figures exclude Dubai Land Department and registration fees, bank fees and insurance. Under UAE Central Bank rules, an expat buying a first home under AED 5M usually needs at least 20% down; higher-value, second and off-plan homes usually need more. Your bank sets the final terms.
